SHIPPING UPDATE:

Our range of products are made by craftsman in small consignments and are currently available to pre-order on a first come, first served basis. 

International shipping has experienced a volatile few months with prices and timing often unpredictable. At this time stock of our chair products are due back in stock w/c 27 September 2021. All customers will be kept informed of their order status when we receive updates and can apply for a full refund at any time as required.

UK Delivery 
We deliver to: UK mainland, Scottish Highlands and Islands, Isle of Man, Channel Isles, Northern Ireland.

International Delivery 
We deliver to: Ireland, Australia, Austria, Belgium, Canada, China, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Guernsey, Hungary, Hong Kong, Italy, Jersey, Luxembourg, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Singapore, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, United Arab Emirates and the United States of America.

Delivery Costs
UK mainland: Free.
Scottish Highlands and Islands, Isle of Man, Channel Isles, Northern Ireland:  £75.
Within EU: From €150 (email for details)
US and Canada: From $100 (email for details).
All other countries: From £150 (email for details)

Delivery may be subject to import duties and local taxes, which are levied by the importing country at the time the delivery arrives into your country. All applicable duties, taxes, fees and any additional charges for customs clearance will be the responsibility of the customer.

If you’re ordering multiple items please contact us to see if we can collate the products on one pallet to reduce shipping costs.

International Customers 
We currently hold stock in the UK, UAE and USA for serving customers across the world. Our chairs are shipped in protective wooden pallet boxes to ensure they arrive in perfect condition. They are shipped in two parts, the body and the stand. When opening simply insert the stand into the base of the chair and you’re ready to enjoy your DimpleChair.

International and inter-state shipping is calculated based on tariffs stipulated by our courier partners. If you’re ordering multiple chairs please contact us prior to ordering and our team will endeavour to find the most cost effecting shipping solution.

Our US stock is based in Orlando, Florida. If your delivery address is in Florida, please contact us prior to ordering and our team will endeavour to find the most cost effecting shipping solution for your location.

When will I receive my DimpleChair?
We aim to get your Dimple delivered to you within 7 working days after you have placed your order. 14 day’s if you want to have a branded chair, UK only.

As soon as your DimpleChair is packed and ready to go, we’ll email you with a delivery date and tracking number.
